Crowson Management Services delivers Community Association Management Services in four categories:

Administrative Management

Prepare and mail notices, proxies, ballots and agendas in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the By-laws and CC&Rs of the Association and in compliance with the State law;
Assist members of the Board of Directors in the performance of their obligations and fiduciary requirements;
Provide the Board with recommendations in the development of policies and procedures;
Assist in the administration and compliance of the Governing documents (Declarations, Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, & Rules & Regulations;
Maintain records of the Association and the Board of Directors minutes of Board meetings and copies of contracts;
Develop and maintain membership listings of owners, Officers and Members of the Board of Directors;
Maintain good relationship with owners/tenants, vendors, public officials, and the general public in regard to the Association;
Attempt to resolve disputes, requests, and conflicts between owners/tenants and the Board of Directors as they pertain to the Association;

Financial Management

Assist the Board of Directors and/or the Budget Committee in the preparation of an annual operating budget;
Formulate proper disbursements from funds collected for expenses as provided in the budget and approved by the Board of Directors;
Supervise and conduct collection of all assessments and other charges due by owners;
Maintain bank accounts on behalf of Association;
Prepare and distribute the monthly/annual financial statements to the Association;
Assist Auditors, Attorneys, and Board of Directors in preparing for audits;
Assist in the collection of all revenues and other charges due to the Association;
Submit documentation and notices to any owner in arrears and take appropriate action for the collection as the Board determines in accordance with proper policies adopted by the Board.

Maintenance Management

Cause the property to be maintained in a safe and professional as directed by the Board of Directors;
Supervise and evaluate the performance of independent contractors and/or employees required for the safe and proper operation and maintenance of the facility;
Conduct regular physical inspections of facility;
Review and negotiate contracts for services as may be required and directed by the Board of Directors;
As approved by the Board of Directors, purchase necessary equipment, materials and supplies as are required or necessary for the proper maintenance of the facility;

Communication and resource availability with the membership is a necessity for a professionally managed HOA. We offer the following information for the membership of the association on our own website or a special website for the specific HOA*:

Minutes of Meeting;
Rosters;
By-laws;
Rules and Regulations;
Maintenance Requests;
Annual Budgets;
Monthly Financial Reports;
